Hellertown Sportsmen's Associations was incorporated in 1945. Currently, HSA is a member of the National Rifle Association, Northampton County Federation of Sportsmen’s Clubs, Civilian Marksmanship Program, Unified Sportsmen of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania State Archery Association, United States Practical Shooting Association, National Skeet Shooting Association, and home to the Lehigh Valley Police Revolver League, Inc.
